We strongly believe that everyone should be able to learn Darija! We think that you don’t have to be a language learning enthusiast just to connect with Moroccans.
We want you to be relaxed when talking to Moroccans, knowing that if you forget a word, your phone is always ready to help you. That’s why we created this app: as a tool to help you enter conversations in Morocco.
This app will help you to communicate with Moroccans with ease. Just look up the words you need and the app will translate them for you and you hear how to pronounce them. It’s true: for many people, learning words works best if they learn them in real life, in a conversation or context where this word is used. So we encourage you to use new words in real life situations.
Every word in our app comes with a clear, loud recording made by a native Darija speaker to help you get your pronunciation just right, and many words have additional example sentences or conjugations that you can listen to.
